Welcome to our website! Here you’ll find all the information about our products. You can order any of them by sending us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp.
Please try to be as specific as possible about the product you want. In the case of picks, be sure to mention the model, color, and engraving (for selected references, this can be a logo, symbol, initials, etc.).
Keep in mind that since each pick is handmade, we can’t guarantee that one will be identical to another — every pick we make is truly one of a kind.
If you need your pick by a specific date, please make sure to place your order at least 10 days in advance if you’re in Colombia, or one month in advance for international shipping.
The manufacturing process starts once the payment of your order has been made.
Remember that your order will NOT be delivered until 100% of the value of the product is paid.
All our products are warranted for manufacturing defects, not for misuse.
At the time of validating the warranty, the customer must assume the shipping costs.
All products are made to order and customized, due to its nature we do NOT offer a refund or return policy, please ensure your choice before purchasing any of our products.
Once the order has been delivered to the carrier we have NO control over the delivery time, this may vary depending on the destination city.
